Most of our products, such as online courses, e-books, and e-certificates, are delivered digitally.
Once payment is successfully processed, students will receive:
Login details for course access (via email or dashboard).
Download links for e-books or resources (if applicable).
Digital certificate (after successful course completion).
Digital deliveries are instant, but in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to system or network delays.
In case a student opts for printed certificates, study materials, or merchandise, we will ship them via reputed courier services.
Shipping timelines:
Domestic (India): 5–10 working days
International: 10–21 working days (depending on destination and customs)
Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
Digital products – No shipping charge.
Physical items – Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
International shipping may include customs duty or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the student.
Students are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Skill Academy India is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Courier company logistics
National holidays or festivals
Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events
In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide updated timelines.
If any physical product is received in a damaged condition, students must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
In case of lost or undelivered shipments, we will coordinate with courier partners to arrange a replacement (where possible).
