At Skill Academy India, we strive to deliver the best quality education and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request a refund or cancellation.
By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to this policy.
All course fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in special circumstances mentioned below.
Students are advised to read course details carefully before making payment.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds may be approved under the following cases:
Duplicate Payment – If you accidentally make a double payment for the same course.
Technical Error – If your payment is deducted but course access is not provided, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Course Cancellation by Skill Academy India – If we cancel/postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances and you do not wish to enroll in another course.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If you have already accessed/downloaded course materials or attended live/recorded sessions.
If you fail to complete the course or attend classes due to personal reasons (health, travel, exams, etc.).
If you are dissatisfied with course content after accessing it (as free demo/previews are available before purchase).
Internship and placement services, once availed, are non-refundable.
Students must raise a refund request within 7 days of payment by emailing us at support@skillacademyindia.com with proof of payment.
All refund requests will be reviewed by our Accounts Team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Students may request to transfer enrollment to another course (of equal or higher value) within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.
Any difference in fee for a higher-value course must be paid additionally.
No cancellation or transfer request will be accepted after course access has been used.
Printed certificates or study materials once shipped cannot be refunded.
If received in a damaged or defective condition, students may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
For courses purchased through EMI or installment plans, refunds will not be issued once the first installment is paid.
Failure to complete installment payments may lead to suspension of course access.
Any refund disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
Our decision on refunds will be final and binding.
