Our pricing policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and flexibility for all learners. By enrolling in our courses or programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this Pricing Policy.

1. Course Fees Structure

• Each course/program has a clearly mentioned fee on its respective course page.

• Fees are inclusive of tuition, study materials (digital), and certification (where applicable).

• GST or other applicable taxes will be charged extra, as per Government of India regulations.

• Any promotional or discounted pricing will be displayed on the course page at the time of enrollment.

2. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for the convenience of our students:

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

• Wallets & EMI options (where applicable)

• International students can pay via PayPal or International Cards (USD/other currencies – conversion charges may apply).

3. Discounts & Offers

• Skill Academy India may provide special discounts, scholarships, or promo codes during specific campaigns.

• Discounts are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless mentioned.

• Group enrollments, college tie-ups, or bulk registrations may receive customized pricing based on agreement.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances (such as course cancellation from our side).

• In case of duplicate payment or technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

• Refund requests, if applicable, must be raised via email at support@skillacademyindia.com within 7 days of payment.

5. Free & Paid Courses

• Some of our workshops, webinars, or demo lessons may be offered free of cost for awareness and learning.

• Paid certification courses will clearly mention pricing and inclusions before enrollment.

6. Price Revision

• Skill Academy India reserves the right to revise course fees periodically based on curriculum updates, new inclusions, or operational costs.

• Students who have already enrolled will not be affected by future price changes for that specific course.

7. EMI & Installment Facility

• Select courses may offer EMI or installment-based payments through our banking/payment partners.

• Failure to pay installments may result in suspension of access to course materials until dues are cleared.

8. International Pricing

• For students outside India, fees may be charged in USD (or equivalent) and subject to foreign exchange rates.

• International transactions may include additional processing fees charged by your bank/payment gateway.

9. Certificates & Extras

• Course fee includes digital certificate (where applicable).

• Printed certificates, courier charges, or additional resources (if opted) may attract extra charges.
